At RehabPilates Physical Therapy & Pilates we want our clients to enjoy their daily lives without the dread and pain of injuries associated with muscle imbalance and joint dysfunction. Our staff has extensive hands-on experience treating chronic and acute musculoskeletal pain, neck and back injuries, tendonitis, sport related injuries, automobile injuries, walking difficulties, fall recovery, balance dysfunction and overuse injuries. We also treat Scoliosis, Osteoporosis, and Osteoarthritis as well as neurological conditions such as Sciatica/Radiculopathy, Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis.
When patients come to RehabPilates Physical Therapy & Pilates, we begin by evaluating their injuries. Treatments include manual therapy as well as the Pilates method of stabilizing with dynamic stretching and strengthening. After the evaluation, we design a high quality rehabilitation treatment that focuses on isolated muscle strengthening to improve posture so that the spine and extremities move more efficiently.
Our ultimate goal is to heal our patients' injuries by devising rehab programs that specifically meet the needs and goals of our patients. We want our clients to not only heal from their injuries, but to return to their favorite activities such as walking, running, hiking, and dancing.
