Lorna Roza, MPT received her Bachelor’s degree in photography in 1980. She studied massage at the San Francisco School of Massage in 1990. She completed her Master’s in Physical Therapy in September 1997 at The University of St. Augustine, Florida. She became certified in Pilates in 2002 by Elizabeth Larkam. She has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings, including hospital and orthopedic outpatient settings. With 17 years of clinical experience Lorna combines her expertise in orthopedic and manual therapy with the Pilates method of therapeutic exercise. Lorna uses hands-on treatment including myofascial release and soft tissue massage to facilitate correct postural alignment, improve flexibility and decrease pain.
Christina “CJ” Kelly is a Certified Pilates Instructor through Body Arts and Science International (BASI Pilates). CJ also has Certification in Pilates Through Pregnancy. She has experience working with the aging population, scoliosis, injury rehabilitation, US military service members, and competitive athletes. She has a keen eye for breaking down exercises to help guide her students’ practice to the next level and applies her creativity to adapt to each individual’s needs. CJ has traveled the world and has lead Pilates retreats in Tokyo, Japan and Costa Rica.
