Lorna Roza, MPT received her Bachelor’s degree in photography in 1980. She studied massage at the San Francisco School of Massage in 1990. She completed her Master’s in Physical Therapy in September 1997 at The University of St. Augustine, Florida. She became certified in Pilates in 2002 by Elizabeth Larkam. She has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings, including hospital and orthopedic outpatient settings. With 17 years of clinical experience Lorna combines her expertise in orthopedic and manual therapy with the Pilates method of therapeutic exercise. Lorna uses hands-on treatment including myofascial release and soft tissue massage to facilitate correct postural alignment, improve flexibility and decrease pain.
Wendy Alder, Pilates Instructor is a former gymnast, runner, and dancer and is actively involved in ballet & Latin dance focused on salsa and bachata. Her curiosity for Pilates peaked after injuring her back and when she saw positive results from the Pilates method she pursued a more in-depth practice and later a career in the related field.
Wendy’s goal is to support clients in achieving their personal goals no matter how small or large surrounding body awareness, strength, flexibility, and mobility. Currently she is trained in Mat and Reformer and is pursuing her full Stott Pilates certification.
