Tuesday 5:00 pm Mat
Wednesday 6:00 pm Mat
Thursday 8:30 am Mat (couples special 2-for-1)
Saturday 9:00 am Mat
We vary our classes with the addition of Theraband resistance, small weights or small deflated balls
to challenge your core and progress your over-all strength.  We make suggestions for variations of exercise that may be more appropriate for your body and strength.
